Is there a performance guarantee?

Yes. Every engagement is performance-backed. Before you sign, we agree on a revenue baseline in writing: the trailing period we’re measuring against, which channels count, and the start date. Our fee is tied to beating that number, and if we haven&rsquo;t beaten it by the end of the 90-day sprint, you don’t pay. The baseline is revenue on your P&L, not GMV or rank.

Why not just spend more on PPC?

Because PPC has a ceiling. Ads only reach shoppers who are already searching on Amazon. They harvest demand, they do not create it. That&rsquo;s why ad spend climbs while rank stays flat: you&rsquo;re paying more to win the same pool of buyers. New demand gets built outside Amazon, and for CPG the engine is TikTok Shop. We build the demand there, then convert it on Amazon.
